do a search for tsunami codec pack there is 2 but you want the one thats about 15mb in size,this is the full pack and should have all the codecs you need,just download and install m8ty
They are codecs that allow your video/audio player on your PC to play certain videos/audio tracks that are of such a file type that need special files/setups to play

the best codecs i ever got was called "ACE mega codec pack" i installed it and since then windows media player has played every video i've thrown at it.

What are you having trouble playing ? A vid clip of some sort ? Usually downloading the div x player and codec solves it www.divx.com
