i fitted the real beam and changed all the bits over while sean fitted one brake disc

FOOOOOOOK off you coooont it don't smoke at all. OK the solid lifters rattle SLIGHTLY on start up till the oil gets flowing, but then it has done 110,000 miles.
I was wondering why you leave the rear shocks as fucked as they are on your van, but I guess it's to conserve energy. I mean once you get a bird in the back, you only have to ram it into her once, then the "up and down" of the van brings her to a dizzy peak without tyou breaking a sweat. You need to be careful though mate or they will be comparing your van to a washing machine on the spin cycle
