All awesome cars but surely they are not called road cars, I use mine for work & so drive through rush hour traffic, the one without a bonnet would have a Turbo full of water by the time i cleared the roadworks on the M3. 
These cars are incredible a bit like Lola Ferrari's tits awesome untill she needed to run for a bus.

Rod i agree, they are very much built for a single purpose.
To be a road car you need to be able to go round corners as well, and things like this cant really, your car is far more an all rounder, but obviously due to that is of little interest to a quarter mile junky compared to things like this.
They are still awesome though, even without being any use on the road

Have never been into 1/4 miles but others love it. Can understand track cars a bit more , but they cant be road cars either at least not if you are trying to be the best as the faster you go the more you get away from being a road car.

I guess this is why people dont have a 1/4 car as their only car generally.

just finding my feet
where abouts is all this in malta as ive made a deal to go to valetta atleast once a year so the missus family can see my little girl and not loose contact so would be nice if i could find times and dates to book these trips
amazing that malta is soo much different with mk3 cortinas on the road ect and they can build these cars
seriously some dates andthe locations of where to go as the missus family is soo catholic its unreal, i get sooo frustrated with the shops closing in the afternoon and all the pictures of jesus around the place
