Default Suggestions on a new motor....

Looking for something different, got bored of my E30 316i, crave something a bit quicker.

Got up to £1800 to spend, and whatever car i choose must be as insurance friendly as possible

ideas so far;
Mk1/2 Golf Gti
Build a saph cos rep?
another E30 - 6cyl, 320i/325i
xr4x4 (insurance might be an issue? )
opel manta gte
Capri

Any other suggestions? stuck in a bit of a rut just now just fancy a change.

as above, but if xr4x4 insurance is an issue then a s14 would be more of an issue...

A solid Manta!????

Don't know about finding one, I haven't seen one on the roads for years!

Is the XR4x4 insurance so bad? I know plenty of peeps that have em insured cheaply....

The V6 Xr4x4 is a great car, had 2 myself, a 2.8 and a 2.9. Go for the 2.9 They love a pair of K&Ns and a back box, sound the absolute bollocks In fact I'd say they're almost as fun as a standard Cossie.

No you fuckin spastics, it shows the direction i was moving in!

The tail end of the car was facing the kerb on the corner Ie moving from the left to the right of the pic.

Saves thickos (ive had a few already) thinking it was just a pic of the car driving from right to left around a corner
