Question about "Chamois"

i leave my dry out and then wet once i want to dry a car off ( yeah i know is sounds weird
)
but should i leave in water until the next time i use it? or leave to dry?
whats the best way to use one???

If its a true chamois ie made of animal hide then it should be dried out once youve finished using it.

Never had any bother from mine and its 3 years old now. Am contemplating moving to waffle weave towel for drying though.

If you meant to point out I had not given any reasons for my opinion then I shall go into more detail.
It absorbs far less water that a real chamois and left smears and little yellow bits all over my car.
Used it about twice before lobbing it in the bin

Those aqua blades are very good, but still need a Chamois for the corners etc and things like door shuts and under spoliet etc.
Spiky if you got a AutoGlym one then yes you can store it damp. Just make sure you clean them before and after use. Oh and during of course

use an aqua blade for the easy bits to get most off, then do the rest with a chamois. i tend to buy a new one from halfords every month for 3-4 quid, they dont have to be big, just to get thel bits the aqua blade missed
