unless the second owner is very thick/careless or skint. . or works on the car himself, but MOT's i'd expect to be all their, but then again their could be genuine reasons for them not being their!

Service history and all old mot's obviously backs up its mileage,, if it hasnt got these then it does de-value it as you don't know what the cars done.

Could have been in storage, hence it not being mot'd or serviced, but then i'd still want something in writting from the previous owner, saying mileage is genuine and garantee it,,,
