Default Anyone know about kayaking?

Ive been interested in having a go at kayaking for a while now, seems like a fun way to shed a bit of my beer gut. I found this kayak on ebay, does it look like a good buy? I emailed the seller and she said the reserves about £120. Any help appreciated!

I used to be a member of the british canoe union, and got to instructor grade way back in my 20's. Spent most weekends teaching deprived kids and people on team building courses etc the fine art of messing about on water.

One day deceided I was having more fun down the lanes getting to the place in Wales than I was out on the water, so then took up motorsport instead

Last boat I sold fetched over £100 so with all the equipment it sounds priced about right.

Do you live near water ?

I loved every minute of it, but its cold, wet and does (did) keep you fit too.

Some of the other boats on there for around £30 or so may be better value if you havnt done it before, less to lose etc.
