T28 Escort cosworth running graham goode 305bhp conversion and 1.3 bar of boost, what should the spark plug gap be? Prettttty please?

Id start at .6mm assuming its a set of "normal" plugs.

what plugs is it?

Start at? What u mean start at? Set them to .6 and see what it goes like ya mean? and if it pops or backfires then go to .65 or .55?

No, should be ok if you have a decent strength ignition system.

If they cant cope with it try .5

0.8mm absolute minimum. Personally id fit some PP8s direct from Ford and have done with it, fit and forget.
