Default Fuel Pressure gauges

Any ideas where to buy a cheapish pressure gauge/tester?

Are those in car one any good?

Any ideas if it will fit to a standard 4x4 fuel rail for testing?

A STD rail no I dont think so, you will need an adaptor I reckon to fit it inline in your flexi hose
