Not much really...

Stg 3 T3 with a .48 housing
Steel rods, or shot peened
Low comp pistons
Stg 3 Head
Cam choice is up to you
Metering unit mod

That's pretty much it. Assuming you mean 1600 though.

plus chip,decent exhaust,front mount i/c and prob a paddle clutch to get the power down
