Stg 3 T3 with a .48 housing
Steel rods, or shot peened
Low comp pistons
Stg 3 Head
Cam choice is up to you
Metering unit mod
That's pretty much it. Assuming you mean 1600 though.

turbo 500
zorst 300
5th injector if staying mfi 250
efi set up (bay loom ofab frst ecu coilpack) varies id say 250 ish
chip and map for efi 500
for mfi dont know
samcos 150
brakes 350
ap paddle clutch 250 + plate
gearbox really needs a quaffe or atb diff as its the torque that blows em id urge you do this as you,ll spend more on std rebuilds in 12 months than you would on dif ect
id get it welded up first mate maybe more like 5k finished
