Just got back from court. Were trying to do me for not filling out the Notice of intended prosecution for an sp30 . Couldnt prove whether i got the letters or not so got not guilty

i got away with this last year and so didi my mate (THEY HAVE TO PROOVE U GOT IT IN POST) unless they done recorded delivery they CANT win

I was expecting to get points and a hefty fine but i think it went in my favour that as soon as i got the court summons i sent a letter back saying i was a bit a confused as to why i havent had any nip's but i was the driver at the time and admit i was speeding.
