Not Guilty
Just got back from court. Were trying to do me for not filling out the Notice of intended prosecution for an sp30 . Couldnt prove whether i got the letters or not so got not guilty

A word of warning though - They CAN win under those circumstances (seems nuts, but it can defo happen!)

Bloody MOT in a week tho , thought it was January time,lucky i was looking for sumit else and found it lol

I was expecting to get points and a hefty fine but i think it went in my favour that as soon as i got the court summons i sent a letter back saying i was a bit a confused as to why i havent had any nip's but i was the driver at the time and admit i was speeding.
