Yea i know they can win even though there is no proof you have recieved them cause at the end of the day they send three letters within the 28 days so its very unlikely someone doesnt get one of them.
I was expecting to get points and a hefty fine but i think it went in my favour that as soon as i got the court summons i sent a letter back saying i was a bit a confused as to why i havent had any nip's but i was the driver at the time and admit i was speeding.
