pretty easy as its a well walked path

WCXM

engine mounts modded unless the mk2 is an RS200 or already has a pinto.

Gearbox tunel need works.

back back needs minor triming.

few more things but theres a few.

see this months classic ford for an awesome black mk2 rs2000 nosecone model

it's not at all difficult, but the quality of how you do it will vary depending on how much you want to spend on special parts like hydraulic clutch conversion, axle, brakes, radiator, intercooler etc.

Must agree with Hardeep

I would buy one already done if thats the route you want or stick with pinto

Cheaper and more reliable IMHO

i am buying a mint rs2000 for 3k already done ne ne ne ne ne just bought a stage 3 kit for the black beast last night to get it really moving anyone know where i can get a custom big front mounted intercooler for it or if a 500 1 will fit it cheers

thats how much this 1 is going for i have seen them for double that in worse condition i am getting a garage load of spares with it to including a mint set of fishnets

just out of interest i've thought about this conversion before and which would be better
keepig the old leaf spring and axle ( if this is kept what diff do you use ?? ) or
fitting a saff subframe and diff ?? ( which i know is not simple )
