Default Boost Problem, What Could Cause It??

Right, I have a boost problem with me Esc Cos. When I put me foot down it hits around 12psi and holds that till around 6k on the rev range when it suddenly picks up to its usual 35odd psi.

I took the car to SCC who put a bleed valve on and it run fine set to 30psi. So I changed my Amal valve thinking this was the problem, but the problem still persists. We have extended the wires on the amal valve due to tidying up the engine bay, so will check our wiring tomorrow.

Anyother things that could cause this problem?

Cheers for any help!

I think it would hit 14psi which is the -34 spring strength.

Have you wired it up correctly ?

Whats the TPS wiring like ?

We're gonna play about with wiring today cheers Dingy, so will see if that cures it! Only wires we extended were for the amal valve, so hopefully rewiring it could sort the problem!

Cheers tho mate, will let ya kow how that goes
