Was driving over to mine earlier to pick some stuff up today and saw a skip lorry, 5 series, newish Renault Van and some other cars ...

...all wheel clamped as they didnt have valid tax discs


There was a few road traffic cars, bikes, DVLA vans and mobile clampers and at least one full lift lorry on the wait ...be warned, no road tax, lots of expenses to get it back ....

At least once a month right outside my place of work , guaranteed panic attack everytime , is it a speed camera..... is it a tax camera...

 

no road tax= no mot or insurance normally,get them off the road before they smash into your pride and joy

 

They do get around, had them up here a few months back, got about half a dozen in one street

 

About time too...

Like the man says,no road tax usually means no mot or insurance,just another loose cannon waiting to take out your car................Or worse...

 

i got no MOT ......... I GOT NO TAX ...........BUT i cant drive so it makes no fucking diffrents (yes it sorn of the road )

 

I agree but they could do with spending SOME of our tax on the ROAD. The state of some of them round our way is shocking.

Also when we went to get tax for the KA (which we just bought) it was the 26th Aug. (Friday before the bank holiday weekend). We wanted our tax from the 1st September, but they wouldnt do it until the 1st. Sod giving the government a whole months TAX when we won't use it
