I am eating more than I used to. Infact my lunch alone has doubled in sized

When I need a cig I tend to go and get a bag of crisps or something to take my mind off it lol.

Last time I quit I put on 2 stone but seemed to level out after that. even then I was still too thin. 6foot 2 and I weighed 10.5 stone. So hopefully this time I might reach my ideal weight. Only 1stone more to put on but I think i am serious need of going to the gym. Getting a bit of a belly at the mo which looks funny coz the rest of me is skinny

Yeah ive still got the Smart, I think its due back around the end of August but if they get a demand for them they could ask for it back as early as next week, but I doubt they will.
