Default Limits of 4x4 i/c

im currently restoring my mk2 escort running a YB, the original plan was to go for the tried and tested route of T34, Greens, chip and 4x4 i/c

i already have the T34 and 4x4i/c so i want to stick with them however i was looking at some aftermarket management like Autronic's SM2

my question is how much can Reliablely run on a 4x4 intercooler, because i dont want to spent ££££'s on a management system if im only able to run an extra 25or so bhp

dont bother changine the management m8 weber marelli is more than capable of running almost any setup with the correct person setting it up , as for the 4x4 cooler bin it to start with , in fact that cash you were gonna spend on the management , get a new intercooler !! if you exceed approx 20lb of boost at full tilt then the cooler will be useless , as i found out last week

cheers for the info, i think i'll just stick to the 4x4 item for now, im sure 330bhp will get my 785kg RWD escort pritty nicely!!!

what chip would you recomend? and where would you recomend taking it to get setup?, i am willing to travel just as long as it gets done properly
