Default MSD do it again....

had my car in MSD today.

the day started with meeting ginge in halfords barnet carpark at 6am. full tank of ultimate and off we went. took the M6 toll road. not much traffic - got there just before 10.

had a few problems with the car that needed sorting....

idle - reved to 3k then nearly stalled then repeated.
needed 2k to pull away without stalling.
jerky as fook in traffic and generally horrible to drive.

after a quick chat and a brew with stu off we went in a cab to blackpool town centre. windy as you like!

got a call later to say i needed a few bits changing. plugs, crank sensor and fuel pressure reg.

about an hour after that we made our way back.

after a de breifing from stu about some of the problems we were out for a test drive. the car felt totally different!

it drove like any old normal sierra! fine off boost, alll the jeryness had gone and it had a rock solid idle. would pull cleanly from 30mph in 5th.

so after ginge had a 'quick' chat with stu and kenny about his rebuild we had a final cup of tea and that was it.

left msd around 6pm ish - just got in about 30 mins ago.

i am so so happy with how the car drives. sounds corny but its fooking great! big smiles on the way back!

CHEERS GUYS
