What kind of boss/nut is generally welded into the exhaust for this? What thread? Thought i'd do my bit for the enviromnent

i looked for ages in all the local motor factors for a nut for mine. a mate end up forcing a normal nut on to the thread and changed the thread so it would fit the nut. rite pain in the buttt

isnt it the same as a lambda sensor???????
You need to use a spark plug for a Pinto/SOHC engine which is threaded @ M18 X 1.5 (which is also the same as a lambda sensor). Any local fasteners place should be able to sort you out. If your really, really stuck then I can get hold of them or if necessary machine them.
