If your a competent mechanic mate the clutch should be a doddle, all you have to change usually is the fibre plates, only change the steels if they are blued to fook....

I`ll pm you my number mate .........give me a bell and ill talk you through it ....

Soak new plates in engine oil.

Fairing off, clutch cover off, undo the 6 or so bolts in the middle of the clutch basket.

Remove the cover, pull out the alternate fibre and metal plates.
As said, only replace the metal plates if they are badly scorched.

Reverse to put back together.

Really easy job

Clutch change proper:

remove lower fairing
drop oil
remove r/h side engine casing
remove the 6 bolts from clutch cover and take off to expose plates
carefully remove plates one at a time noting sequence they come out
check steel plates for blueing and high spots
soak new fibre clutch plates in oil for half hour
rebuild clutch as it came apart with new fibre plates and replace cover
Carefully tighten/torque cover bolts(9-11lb ft)
replace engine casing
refill with oil,run up and check for leaks and correct clutch operation
replace lower fairing....

Easy huh.....

Replace clutch..Endurance method:

Drag rider off bike and chuck him in corner of pit garage
rip lowers off and dump bike on its side
buzz engine case of with airgun as quick as poss
while keeping now snarling rider at bay, tear clutch out and replace
throw thing back together and unleash psycho on to track again
Seek treatment for 3rd degree burns to fingers.......

if you lean the bike over you won`t need to drop oil. Also look for grooves in the clutch basket weak point.
