Soak new plates in engine oil.

Fairing off, clutch cover off, undo the 6 or so bolts in the middle of the clutch basket.

Remove the cover, pull out the alternate fibre and metal plates.
As said, only replace the metal plates if they are badly scorched.

Reverse to put back together.

Really easy job
