i wrote tlc in the add and described it perfectly . he just simply dident have the money plus he asked
me not to leave him bad feedback well he can pay the fees not happy .! messer.!

1st i would like 2 point out that that i won the auction for Ł1005 and then the seller would not sell
the car for less than Ł1400 - even tho there was no reserve set.
2nd i would like 2 add that after
3 phone calls 2 the seller to get him to describe the EXACT condidtion of the car, he told me a few
things but not everything. after traveling 3 hours and 150 miles 2 pick the car up i was very
dissapointed 2 find that the car was in a much worse state than advertised as, hence no pay!

If you ain't already, don't pay fook all to anyone, let him leave you bad feedback, then leave him some. Then you can request the feedback be removed by ebay. The other party has to agree, but look at it this way - it benefits him too if the neg feedback is removed so he will most likely say yes
