Default Anyone recognise this wheel?

God knows what it came off, but it doesnt fit on my car. My car has a 5 stud pattern, this clearly doesn't.

Its 4 stud, ET39 and has Michelin stamped on it. The tyre is a 175/70 84T R14

If you know, I'd be grateful. If you want it, you can have it free.

Oh and please be gentle with me, I'm a part-time muppet and don't venture out of there often, so be nice

I got lumbered with this as my spare when I bought my car, I thought something was funny when I took it out.

It deffo says ET49 on it.

I'll post it up on a VX website and see if they know. Any recommendations for a website? Same for a Renault one too please
