top of me swead widen the tunnel(or put auto tunnel in),move hole for gear stick back,and re-drill holes for gearbox mount.
I'm sure sum one will comfirm this or NOT!

how much widenening? as in hammer widening or welding?

and yep did mean mk2 sorry!

what about the prop etc? what one do you use?

is the type 9 alot easier?

nah not me! I still can't find the time to stop my ZVH smoking

my dads got an rs2k with the standard 4 speed in it - and is contemplating bringing it back on the road I think, but really needs a 5 speed but don't think he likes the change on the usual type 9 conversion so just wondering whats involved in T5ing it.

although saying that he's got a cosworth engine stored up somewhere... only problem is its got a saff body shell around it

Large tunnel can be brought from RACE that takes the T5 along with the prop...

Prop is Ł95 i think, tunnel about 45

ah right so its a full weld job then.

no point messing with this car unless going to put a decent engine in it IMO.

im sure R.A.C.E is stoke based isnt it btw? should code be 01782?
