Got a Brand new Nokia 6230 last month on contract,
The deal was 100 minutes and 100 texts free a month which will cost 21quid.

I said to the salesman, "im happy enough 2 pay 21quid a month aslong as what you said is correct?".
"Yes of course" he says.

So after about the 3rd week of having it, i reached my limit so i layed back off the phone while i was waiting for my bill comes though. Gets the bill through Yesterday morning 50 FUCKIN QUID

I really dont understand this at all, so im going to have words with them tomorrow and try and sort something out.

 

isnt first bill a month in advance also?

 

6weeks i know, but after i reached my limit i layed off the phone waiting for the bill to come threw.

 

im so pissed off with 3G thats never given me what i asked for ive gone back to pay as you go!

genie sim cards are the way to go and simple as!

 

i always found vodafone a little shifty with their contracts, even if you monitor your usage in 'sent messages' and 'dialled calls durations' they still never match up and they still charge me a few quid extra each time.

still with them tho

 

Can I end my Contract if I had problems? At the mo i dont have a job any luck there u think?

 

not really m8 you got 11 months remaining, i was thinking of dropping my tarrif to the 9.99 one and ending mine as have 5 months left and just using them 300 text free a month fones as i have 3 of em in the kitchen 02 sent me when i had a contract with them before voda

 

you have to firm with them tho! i called 3 to end two months early and they somehow talked me into letting it run out by itself!!

i need to be stronger!!

 

Been with Vodafone 15 years and not had much problem tbh....on a pretty good tariff know called VF1000..............get 1000 mins a month and bill is usually no more than £75...

Still go over sometime though...

Things have improved over the years though,i`ve had bill of up to £1000 in the past...

id be happy with 50 quid a month, mine is usually 80 plus

 

Rachel came very close to issuing Vodafone with legal papers after a dispute. A solicitors letter got the required result in the end though. Wouldn't go back to them EVER again. Bunch of useless wankers

 

I'm on the same Vodaphone tariff as nightdavva, 1000 minutes any network, anytime.

Bill is £75 every month. I batter my phone ands txt's too.

Might be the same problem i had with them 100 anytime mins and 500 free texts for £25 a month, thats what it showed on the bill, problem was i was not getting any free texts, got over charged for 3 months!!

They said it was a computter fault, all sorted now though.

 

im on the same taffif, and the cooonts aint sending me itemised bills either so i cant check.

my last bill was £54, ive never ever gone over 45 before

time for a phone call i think.

 

voderfone is crap im on tesco and its alot better you can send 3p texts to your favourite person.

 

Stick with orange, Not the cheapest but by far the best coverage and quality service

3 network is crap...Where i live and where i work i struggle to get a signal...fone is crap too LG piece of crap...

 

I was on O2 with singlepoint and bill was about 35.00, now vodafone have taken over single point and my bill is coming in at 45.00 for the same usage ?

 

Genie Sim's are the way to go IMO

 

i did have a voda contract, gave it up 'cos it was shit, now i'm on orange, 200mins anytime any network and 500 txt for £30 per month

i was with vodfone for 5 years and finally had enough of always bein charged more then my monthly bill should be just got a great deal on 02 500 txts and 50 x net mins a month for £19 oh and vodafone couldnt even match it even though id been with them for 5 years

I was with somekind of director of Vodafone the other week on the pop9mate of a mate) , his names Raj, a decent bloke but he did mention he was ordering a new ferarri,
and also his phone is on Orange

 

I'm on the O2 online tarrif £19 a month 50 mins 500 texts, it's faultless
