Just found something out in firefox 
If you go to a website with embeded sound or video, instead of searching the code to find the link, and then have to use a download manager to put the link in, just do this:
1: Get the page up with the media you want
2: double click the padlock icon in the bottom right of the screen
3: This box will come up, select the Media tab
4: Then select the link of the media you want to download (in this case, the bunker buster video) and then click SAVE AS
5: Thats it
