Would it be ok to chrome plate brake bells??

Guessing so, as these look chrome plated?! Will the heat of the brakes not discolour them??!! Anyone?

think the chrome should be ok there as they wont be exposed to direct flame as an exhaust would. just keep em polished look mega

sorry Max, got ya text mate but was driving at the time and forgot to reply

Mine aren't chromed mate, they are polished alloy. I prefer polished alloy finish as if they get marked, you can just polish it out but chromed marks with water and it "pits" and cracks if the wheel is tightened up onto them too hard (if the chrome hasnt taken to the metal enough)

No probs Scott, sorted now! Reason being was the fronts had been anodised to match the backs, but the colour was totally wrong! Martin's sorting them for me!

Picked my 380's up of him yesterday! Bells's will be ready on wednesday, can't wait to get it back out!"

hi m8 and everyone does anyone know what paint you would use as i want to do under my arches plus under the floor as i would like it to look as good in pic thanks any help
