zetec turbo chip question. opinions required!
ages ago i bought a powerchip from Collins Performance which was meant to be for running a turbo'd zetec with frst ofab management. Now when the chip arrived and it was fitted it turned out to be a stage 1 chip for running a cvh!!! Which was no good. i removed the chip and flung it in the glovebox. I phoned Sue at Collins and explained to her. She reckons that if i send her a detailed engine spec she will remap the chip to suit.
1. Can this be done?
2. Successfully?
3. Safely?
It wouldnt be a permanent feature as i hope to have it live mapped anyway. was just trying to get some use out of the 300+ quid the chip cost.

trust there chips for running in ect but get the co checked when its done and get the fueling checked on a normal setup
aslong as thats fine ya will be cool, collins chips car use alot more fuel than a live map though so look out for smelly oil too
