sold an item on ebay, the lad sent me a cheque , i banked it , waited a few days , stupidly assumed after a week that the cheque would be cleared etc so sent the item off, well the lad was replying to emails etc no probs in the meantime, anyway i got a letter sayin that the cheque had bounced, and suprise suprise the lad aint returning emails or fuk all, sent him loads and nothing, i have the lads name address telephone number but theres no answer, any ideas? most annoyin thing is i left him positive feedback before i got the letter about it bouncing so i am kickin myself. its only £30 but its the principal i am fuming about , the fukin tosser lives in cornwall which is miles away from me so cant exactly go round

i moved out to over take a slower car (saph cossie as it happens ), looked in my mirror waiting for an Evo to pass me, moved out after he got by, got 1/4 of the way past the cossie and i got twatted by a GTI-R that was flying up the road, basically trying to do a 3 way overtake. best bit is he's trying to put a claim in off me

nah, ill take the mickey about most stuff but your car being written off aint one of them how did a car overtakin ya hit the side of ya car? looks and sounds like ya pulled out but didnt see him and side to side hit him, just lucky it wernt worse

at the point i was hit i was well out in the lane though. i was actually passing the cossie. i had to keep on going and fully pass it when he hit me too. he was going so fast he left a massive skid mark, mounted the kerb and bounced into the side of me

i checked as i was watching the Evo come past, he wasn't in them. i'm not saying i'm fault less, but on the either had i don't think its all my fault either. i wanted to just go knock for knock outside insurance (seeing as my car was written off and his needed a new wing and a set of alloys that seemed fair)

i'm more pissed off he's got the front to try and claim off me when he's in the wrong lane doing over twice the limit.

its just one of those things. you live and learn (where have i heard that before)
