argghh, what a fooker my neck is buggered too. Woke up with limited movement yesterday, was hoping it'd go lastnight. Woke this morining and it's twice as bad, can only look straight ahead. Took me ages to get out of bed, had to sort of roll out
<-- I can only dream of that sort of movement, it hurts as I look down at the keyboard

It was actually having a stuffed neck that I found PF. Just woke up one morning and couldn't move. Spent a week staring at the ceiling. Was off work for 4 weeks The drugs were cool though. Diazapan is fookin hardcore when you only usually use Anadin

A Chiropractor will not give you a 'free' session, they all cost around Ł30 - Ł40 for a 30 minute session........ or free if you have private health care
I see an Osteopath once a week for my Neck, Back and Shoulders and I highly recommend him (altho he's a little far away from you) unfortuntaly he hasn't been able to pin point the cause of my problems but he is fantastic at relieving the pressure that builds up.
If you are serious about seeing someone, even if its just for a trapped nerve, firstly ring your GP and get them to recommend someone local to you.
And if you do find a miracle worker......... send me their details cos im in fooking agony today

For example I have Bupa Premium cover, the highest corporate cover you can get, im covered for pretty much everything except acupuncture for some bizzare reason.
They covered all my medical costs for my Operations and Consultations for Skin Cancer and that has nothing to do with the workplace. So if your back problems have stemmed from car crashes it should not matter, all you need to check is if Osteopaths or Chiropraters are covered.
Often they will ask you to see a Physio-Therapist first incase its something they can treat.

i know of a really good Chiropraters in ilford, he only charges Ł25 and thats for as long as it takes for ur treatment altho it doesnt take long cos hes that good!
i twisted my spine in serveral places and he managed to fix it plus hes fixed loads of slipped discs i've had amoung other things.
i originally went to him cos he worked on my mum cos she has hurniated discs
hes bloody good at at he does, can find the details for hes practice if anyone wants it.

Osteopath is a very good idea too!
Taking drugs does help the pain but doesn't solve the problem, most of the time your spine will have misaligned over the years, giving you poor posture and weaker strength.
Definately 'puffin da herb' will relax your whole body! I can remember when my neck was locked that tight I was stuck looking at the passenger door card. Had a few drags on a j and it eased up within minutes! My mom was amazed!
Can be quite shocking when a chiropracter shows you a scan of your spine and how misaligned it it.... and you wonder...... shite how long has it been like that for!!!
