Does anyone know if this screen is going to be any good? its off e-bay

Size 17 Inch Diagonal viewable
· Aspect Widescreen

Response times quite high 8ms and 16ms are pretty much the norm nowadays

I think 25 should be ok for a TV.

you really should find out if this is black-white response or gray-gray, if it's the latter, it won't be that good.

Lower the response time the better the quality on the screen.

Oh and as it is a dedicated TV, response time isn't that big of an issue really?

It should be ok on both.

thats a nice lokoing one, like the on eon ebay cos it has in built freeview and DVD, might give it a go we can always send it back

Oops, didn't notice the dvd player and the freeview thingie.

You realise 17" is very small ?

even 19" is not a very big telly, especially in widescreen.

Craig n off here has a few 19 tfts for sale im sure hed do u a deal u then need a cheap tv card and hey presto tv.

also ... svastore.com (Watford electronics), have loads of piss cheap LCDs, form about £130 up.
