Default drilling out snapped bolts

any tips?

I got 3 bolts I need to drill out of a sub frame

Def cant make them budge with a mole grip on the broken end... they are far too rusted in place. All the drills I have are blunt!!

Use a sharp preferably new drill bit and go slow and stop from time to time to let the heat dissapate otherwise you'll fuck the drill bit. Oh and dot punch the bolt so you can get started straight

B&Q sell tungsten tipped drillbits - they will do the job.

If theres enough protruding, weld a nut onto it then you can use a spanner

It's a bastard when that happens!

Easyout dont work unless the bolt has just shered of and not snapped off due to rust. Get a Dremel and use a carbide burr and grind a hole in it all the way though if you can then start to go to 1 side and just brake the pitch on the thead then use a small chisel or punch and colapse the rest of it out then run a tap up it

They are all FINE pieces of advice, but personally I would:
