Hi

Can anyone help with what the torque settings are for the 16v Zetec heads bolts?? Am using a multi layer gasket if that makes any difference

Also the caps that go over the cams too would be a great help

head bolts
stage 1 - 18n/m
stage 2 - 45n/m
stage 3 - angle tighten further 105 degrees

cam caps
stage 1 - 10n/m
stage 2 - 19n/m

ill go find my haines in a min and check, as i just got out the shower but pretty sure thats it

stage 1 of the head bolts is 25n/m

also progressivly tighten the cam cap bolts
