Default FTAO DanS - Pics i took in Oct '04 of your management conv!

Here ya go mate:
Sorry i kept forgetting to send the disc, you'll have to post up some finished pics cos i only took these few while doing it!!

Start of the strip down, all the old MFI bits removed:

Metering head removed ( still to remove the fuel accumulator! never could work out why a lot of people leave the accumulator in when changeing to EFI!! )

Your old bits of loom:

Proper bling adaptor plate!!

Bottom half of the EFI inlet with the adaptor plate in place:

Top half fitted with the loom starting to be plumbed in:

Proper high pressure fuel fittings ( none of the rubber fuel line with jubilee clips for the high pressure lines )

Late Ford fuel filter with KA bracket and quick release fittings:

Cam trigger components:

Fitted, with WRC cam sensor:

Machined 1800 CVH bottom pulley:

Machined 1800 CVH crank sensor bracket fitted:

Throttle body in bits, all cleaned:

Throttle body fitted, along with modded linkage and fabricated throttle cable bracket inc. Mk3 escort auto cable:

Getting there:

Pukka baulkhead grommet for the engine loom:

Ignition amp and map sensor fitted behind the heater motor box:

Thats all i took mate, maybe you'l need to update with some finished pictures!

Hope you like them, Gary

Ideally yes but only really when in damp areas!! sitting snug behing the heater box is nice and dry, i've never had any problems fitting them here and like that before!

No worries dude, I didn't take it like that at all!!
I used to Mod the linkage myself and get the brackets from someone in rainham but now i don't have access to the stuff to do it!!
Janno does them though and are top quality too!!
