Steve,
You think I've stood still since our last excursion on track?

I have had arms like that fitted already and now have LEDA coilovers and Eibach springs all round and Dunlop Super Sport Races (whereas before I was on shonky Koni road suspension, but was still glued to your ass (just how you like it )), so I hope you are capable of backing up that statement on the day or I will REALLY be taking the pish (given that Dono is your home track and I have only been on it 5 times in my entire life ).

Mike, the TCA's replace the ones on the car...

I will be on road tyres @ dono mate just to proove a point.....

2 reasons you were close - 8 pot brakes - more power......

Hopefully i can use the brakes on mine now, new axle casing so 4 pot rears going on

You only got past my 28 year old shitter cause the I spun LOL......

USually blag on the evenings for about 30 quid tony

Car is having geometry done on 27th May, so gonna do that evening day.....

Oh and BTW mike, i have done 1 track day with the car in this setup, and am slower than i was with no arches on, not found the grip levels yet as i had issues all day national day

Dingy seems to be winning the excuses war here, for some reason mike seems more interested in letting his car/driving do the talking and is lagging behind badly on the excuse front.

How many more times - they're SIX pots , and I have LESS power to weight, as my car is a barge - over 1400kg without me in it - so next excuse ?

You only span cause you couldn't handle the pressure of being pushed round the track by a car with less power to weight and a driver who has less experience of Dono than you .

Mike plan on doing some more track days when the car is setup to sort it...

The problem i had with the suspension makes it impossible to turn the car in and change gear at the same time, this causes loads of issues on track....

So you have 335bhp per tonne, and i had 360bhp per tonne

On track you really aint gonna notice that power difference, only in the fact you couldn't pass me down the straight

Steve,
Your memory is obviously like your car (slow and retarded ), as you were way in front of me and I caught you up and was getting closer and closer each lap, you then spun BEFORE I could embarrass you by "doing you" down the back straight .

And you remained on the track with your slide (I'd hardly call it a spin ), as I nearly collected you, as I had to lift and brake mid-corner, which meant I also went sideways briefly, but caught it and passed you, while you were still recovering your senses and wondering why a shonky Escort on Konis was all over yo ass .

As to power to weight, I hope when working it out, you are using YOUR dynoed figure, as that is what mine is calculated from .

To warm your gearbox up with, or would that take away one of your valuable excuses?
