needs a bash with rubber hammer etc matt will move but needs a bash.

slacken off the bolts on the ex housing then knock core outwards from ex housing to break seal, then spin to desired position and tighten, REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE OIL FEED IS DIRECTLY ABOVE OIL RETURN ONCE FITTED TO CAR, may need to rotate comp housing also

if you slacken the bolts as much as they will go then tap the core outwards from the ex housing it eventually will break free and then can be rotated easily,bolts do not need removing, as far as changing to .63 you car will need remapping and id say .48 is better for road use being on and off boost,.63 will help more high in rev range, but also entirely depends how car is set up. your chosen tuner is best to advise on the turbo he requires to set your car to his spec, cost of .63........... no idea second hand but i can supply new but they aint cheap

no gasket required, just ensure the mating faces are clean and flat to get a good tight joint

gaskets available or can make own dont ask how much as i dont know,ill look into it
