Whats the highest amount of fuel can standard S2 ERST injectors flow and what does this to relate (crudley i know) into a bhp figure?

Its not the so called injectors you have to worry about initially, its the airflow meter.

These will very rarely provide enough fuel for more than 230 bhp or so reliably.

We see a lot of these cars each week and this seems to be the limit as a rule of thumb before fuel starts running out at the top end.

There are extreme cases where cars may see more power than that I am sure but this is a rough guideline for you, before you need to start thinking about upgrading management.

i know about the low fuel at the top end, mines suffering from the same problem, even after the enrichment modification but a 5th or 6th injector would sort that out

I am not posting my views on 5th injectors as it would start a war here boss.

Management is the best way forward if you want to achieve big power efficiantly in my opinion.

hmmm, i guess i've hit a sore point from b4 my time here. can some1 give me the basic run down on it all or will it be opening a big can of worms?

i think karl can get around 265 bhp out of the mfi but he is the expert on the erst bosch system then i think its efi time
