i'm hoping to run my new project on E85, i'll have to get it from France, its worth a trip every month or so, found a place near Calais that sells it for 50p ltr, and i have a map to run it, happy days, not sure how many uk/eu cars can run it even with a map,
Correct, SUL will remain at 5% this has been a subject in the classic car world for some time.
The main issue is Ethanol attacking fuel pipes, carburettors etc resulting in fires.
You can buy Ethomix to help with this, the media recently have made a big thing out of it.

All the talk of hoses getting ate etc....bit of nonsense really.
Most old cars probably need their hoses replaced anyway ! So just replace them.
And for ethanol for fuel, you can buy ethanol for home fires which you can use to mix your own....probably handier than going to France.
