Default Samco hose won't stop leaking?

The previous owner of my car has installed a samco hose from the waterpump to the radiator. I've noticed a slight drop in antifreeze since I've owned the car, however after taking the car round oulton park, I heard a huge squealing noise from up front. Turns out, antifreeze has been getting thrown out of this pipe from the waterpump side. The waterpump itself is almost new, and there are no visible leaks from the pump seal itself, but the pipe from the pump is wet all on the bottom. I've tried 2 jubilee clips to stop it, hasn't solved anything. It seems to leak more when giving the car a good pasting. Clips are tight, pipe is secure, pipe isn't perished or ripped as far as I can see, but one thing I've noticed when undoing the clips is that as soon as I start to loosen the clips, the pipe starts pissing antifreeze out. From personal experience, this is strange because when undoing hose clips to pipes etc, the pipe doesn't start throwing fluid out until I start wriggling the pipe to get it off. This pipe starts to leak as soon as I go near the jubilee clips, pipe slightly too big perhaps? Any good sealants I can use? The samco hose from the thermostat to radiator is fine, just this waterpump hose keeps pissing out....

Yeah I think so, normally pipes don't start leaking until I disturb the pipe by trying to get it off so bit strange that it leaks when I undo clip even a little bit. Nobody seems to stock the standard rubber hose though so I don't know what to do about it :/

Can't see that pipe is damaged, it was allegedly brand new and looks it. Can't get hold of an OEM pipe though, Ford nor Eurocarparts seem to stock the standard pipe?

It could also be that the hose clamp is bent. If you then tighten it it doesn't clamp on the whole circumference of the hose. Last year I had the same problem with a hose. No matter how tight I did the hose clamp, it didn't stop leaking. Now with a new hose clamp the problem is solved.
