MK6.5 Fiesta Boot Leak
Hey everyone,
Seems that there's just always something that needs addressing with the car! I've been experiencing a leak in the left of my boot for a while now and I was hoping someone here may have had the same issue and can cure my sleepless nights!
I have stripped out that side of the interior in an effort to find this leak that drips down from behind the left rear light and down to the bottom of the boot. I thought it was coming in around the top hole the cluster screws into so I siliconed around it, to no avail.
It then seemed that the connector at the rear of the light that comes inside was wet, so I also siliconed around that, the leak seems to have slowed down but is still there. Now, I don't know if it's because there's still the odd gap in the sealing but does anyone have any other ideas?
I know siliconing the hell out of everything isn't really an option so please help!
