Finally took the head off after the Daddy Thrash!!!
And look what i found 
The WRC gasket is fooked, there are a couple of chunks out of the head, and the top of the radiator is bowed like a banana
On top of that i caught one of my rims taking it off the trailer and also pulled off the front bumper on the side my mate was watching and said was ok

Gutted for you - Looks like a head stud clamp nut worked loose to me. 
Had a similar but not quite so bad thing happen to me.
Harvey Gibbs @SCS did a fantastic welding repair on my cyl head.

isnt there a problem with high power cars and long studding were the block can actually bend ?
if what simon said is true then one of your normal headbolts has worked loose ?
could this be due to distortion ?

The outer 4 bolts were loose
Time for 10 long studs now
Hope ye get it sorted soon though!

So you finnaly realised that a T4 and std head bolts are a no no!!!!!
A warning for you big boost boys who run it that way!
I cracked a rs500 block around the bolts holes on advice to run std bolts with a T4...atleast use ARP's if cant stretch to long stud.

pee vee...nope the reason this happened was the force of a T4 trys to lift the head off thus stretching the bolts too much which makes em loose!...imo of course!

what would cause the outer bolts to come lose different clamping pressures ?????
I do feel for you mate , i know what it's like to blow engines , it's expensive
