Just got mine back, don't know how well it works yet but only heard good stuff about it. Much neater than wrapping which can cause hot spots and loses efficiency apparently.
I recently had my manifold and down pipe done not used the car in anger yet but seems to have made the under bonnet temps down not that you'd want to but you can touch the manifold for a few seconds before it gets unbearable
Yes had my manifold coated years back. It works well it was developed for the space industry & was secret for many years working in the aero-space industry I knew of it & had mine coated as soon as they were allowed to sell it to the public . Only tip don't have it done in white it will look totally shite in a very short time. Ive been there done that & got it re-coated in Black.
I was looking at the coloured coatings as the white looks crap, they are rated at 900c apposed to the white at 1300c is this ok for turbo use.
The place who built my exhaust has no stopped using them he reckons he's had a few recent failures and they would not honour the guarantee hence asking if anyone has had any issues.
I think around £200 for just the exhaust manifold, they have a min order size. Obviously worth doing turbo hot side, down pipe and exhaust manifold together ideally but that would be £500 plus vat, plus shipping or more.
I sent my rst manifold in last week and with vat and delivery back to me it came in at £250. Think that applies to any 4 cylinder turbo manifold. I've gone white as car is white, if it does discolour over time I'll get it done black

I get charged 50% +vat more than that for my manifolds.

Have you seen any of the Cerakote coatings seams to be very popular in the US, they do a ceramic thermal barrier coating suitable for internal engine components including with in the combustion chamber.
They also do a number of Exhaust coating these are all wet sprayed air dry coatings so no specialist equipment needed.
My brother is in to his guns and this is very popular in that industry.
Chap who has rebuilt an F40 LM race car was less than impressed with their service, they coated his manifolds without first checking the tubes were clear, some foam packing balls had got inside and melted in the process, it was lucky he checked them before installing the manifold otherwise the molten remains would have blown through and straight into his brand new turbos, ok we all make mistakes but the company did not apologise and eventually just offered to clean and recoat the manifolds, when they came back once again a boroscope revealed most of the melted mess was still inside yet again!

If they shipped it back to him then that's where the packing stuff comes in so they could not help that apart from a nice warning label to ask the receiver of the parts to clear them or to tape the ports before packing. Unless it was from when they received the parts ready for coating?

I hand delivered the parts.
The foam chips were in there from the sender when they packed it up. Zircotec did not check for this and coated them and the foam melted into hard lumps of plastic that was stuck to the insides of the tubes.
I have to say they did a similar thing with a 2 stoke exhaust, it was a used exhaust, they did not blank the ends of when they media blasted it resulting in the pipe being full of sand and grit loads of it stuck to the inside of the pipe as well.
After much discussion they had to buy me a new exhaust.
On a positive note they have done some Ferrari V8 manifolds that have stood up very well
