All cars have been launched and looking much better then last years models. Testing is underway at Jerez and straight away the mercedes look good. All the other teams seem to be doing "system check" laps. Looking forward to seeing what McLaren can pull out of the bag. The Redbull looks awesome in camouflage livery.

I think merc will do it again this year but it will be closer with other rivals

ah fair enough. was looking for a satellite feed, but nothing. know a few people who went to the track to watch, as have family who live near it.

 

Can't see the red bull staying like that, good start for Vettel.

 

The camouflage is just for testing they say. I think the biggest shock of the day was 2nd place for Ericsson in the sauber.

 

Times are meaning less, its ominous that Mercedes managed to put in 157 laps of testing on a brand new car and engine on day one of the first test

They will be so far doen the road on setup and tyre understanding that they wont even need to turn the power up as they are undoubtedly not pushing for laptime.

Another 1 horse race this year unless the macca is fast when they get it up to speed
