Iv done some research into converting my fiesta to a 2.0 but all the research iv done involved xr2i's, just wondering if anyone on here could share any info they have on it

you couldn't give me a list of parts that you used could you mate ?? Iv already got a Idear of what I need but more info and stuff is better are 2.0l 16v zetec focus lumps are the same as mondeo ?

The focus engine is a black top can be used but silver tops out of mondeos are straight fit.as i had the si for parts i didnt need much.
If you get a 2liter silver top you need a 1.6/1.8 sump and pick up pipe and you can use a 1.6/1.8 alloy efi inlet
A wiring loom can be sourced form a 1.6 zetec si fiesta or rs 1800 or xr2i.if you gone on fiesta si.com you can get a lot more info of there.

Ok tidy mate and I'm from bargoed near Caerphilly, I'm currently doing a classic mini up so I figured that I'd sorce out all the parts to do the engine conversion and do it once the mini is out lol

Your not to far from me then down by cardiff in penarth to be honest with you it might be easier to get a rotten fiesta 1.6 zetec si as you have every thing you need really including the brakes set
