Question about bhp range 1.6cvh
Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what bhp range my engine will do. At first, excuse for my bad english, I'm from the netherlands.
I'm building an 1.6 CVH on R1 bike carbs, engine specs:
XR3i 105hp spec engine from 1983
-re-cutted inlet valves, new exhaust valves cutted
-std camshaft
-fully reconditioned head, lightly flowed inlet ports.
-Lightened flywheel(from the std 7kg's to 5,25kg's)
-Custom inlet manifold suitable for bike carbs, 40mm inside diameter.
-40mm R1 bike carbs re-jetted
-4-2-1 exhaust manifold, 2'' exhaust
How much power wil this setup be?
when i'll have this engine running, the first updat will be some headwork and a Kent Cams CVH33 kit with vernier pulley.
With the nect upgrade, will it be much more?
I'll hope you guys could tell me some!
cheers
