did these exist?? i thought they were all 1.6's. theres a 1983 xr2 1.3 on ebay just now item no. 131100817606 sorry i dont know how to add the link

and he is talking shit its either a xr2 that had a 1.3 engine fitted or is a 1.3 with xr2 decals

Done a check on it the shell is a legit mk1 xr2 but it has had an engine change

Mk1 XR2 was not a CVH, only the mk2

Mk1 XR2 was a crossflow 1.6.

Correct but this is an xr2 just with 1.3 fitted maybe 1 or the previous owners fitted the 1300 supersport engine or just standard 1300 engine

I think there was a 1.3 version available in some European countries but certainly not in the UK from the factory.

Supersport wheels on it.

ive hurd all this before ive rang dvla and wrote to ford and it is a xr2 1.3 no changes or anything if your mate knows about them look at the rear as it has 2 fog lights which means it may have been built for export but never went thanks a pic of the logbook will be added later
proper ebay rare!!

I had a mk2 fiesta with 2 rear fog lights so was that rare? On no thats right I fitted the c#$t myself.
