Just wondered if anyone who was ripped off by Mark Rogers finally got any of their money back?

i for one am £700 down and have about £100 worth of fuse box and relays to show for it, plus wasted trips and phone calls and a car covered in overspray!!

Im the same mate, got a very shoddy loom after 3 months that was not fit for purpose, was asured by his brother that compensation would be sorted out by xmas time, not long left of the year now. didnt really expect it to happen but what the F*** thought it was worth a mention...!

Problem is even if you take him to court there's no garranty you will get your money even if they rule in your favour

Anyone watch that sheriffs program, people end up having to get debt collection agencies onto them aswell after the effort and cost of going to court.

Maybe if all of you did a joint court case if you can? May work out cheaper?

Court waste of time as won't pay anything bk as will claim company bust and that will be that.....a did notice a no violence post but...that's half the probs these days...cunts think they can get away with anything as the courts are fkd and he will get a slap on the wrists.....swift kick to front door and empty his house of contents equalling your loss is only way peeps like that will learn or his company will be rebranded and trading again inno time ..in Scotland fingers equal 100 bucks lol
