Default S max starting problem

Our s max has recently started to give us an intermittent problem when trying to start it. It tries to fire but doesn't, then if you leave it 10mins it starts fine. It's only happened twice but would be good to get it sorted.

Any ideas please

First job would be to get it plugged in then!

How does it sound cranking? The ECU won't inject until the engine is spinning a certain speed. If the starter was on it's way out it could be causing your issues.

Never heard of that on a Lynx?
Also the Lynx doesn't need to run a glow plug cycle to start! Mine starts instantly after 1 crank!

as mentioned above slow starter can cause this, they dont often even sound slow until you compare it to one with a new starter!
