Pulled my back--Off work--Bugger
Putting my Tools in the van the other morning and twisted wrong and felt a twing in my back, thought nothing to it.......
Woke up this morning and couldnt move, just been to the Docs and he has told me to take it easy for a few days
My week just gets fooking poo'er and poo'er by the day

tiff go see a good chiropractor trust me it'll be worth it! the one i go to is brilliant, he manages to strighern out my spine when i twisted several of the bones and pulled half the muscles down one side. if u find a good one then get a appointment booked cos they'll be able to fix it so it heals right.

Sucks don't it - I popped my shoulder out yesterday - hurt like a fucking bastard, I was virtually in tears! I was cutting a screen out and there was this relly tight, flat bit in the glue and I had to really push the kent knife through it - as I pushed harder and harder I felt my right shoulder twist slightly and a kinda craking, riping noise that I also felt and popped my fucking shoulder out Fortunately I don't think it went the whole way out, and as I released the pressure in agony it went back in but I think I've torn a muscle in my right arm (just up above the bicep - bicep is strained too, aches like a good un)
I was virtually in fooking tears - never felt anything like it and I've done me back before aswell, but this was just.... Fuck it still hurts like a proper bitch
Whats a real bastid is it is my right arm, so wiping my arse is fucking painfull
