Lack of power around 40mph 2500rpm any ideas ??

It could be anything really going on the description. You need to plug a code reader into it mate and that will tell you whats going on with the car.

Had the problem before and it came up with dpf, pressure sensor, maf, egr, glow plug. Since then the glow plugs have been done and it ran great. Now it's worse......fearing dpf

You need to get the codes read by someone who can interpret them . If it is a DPF fault you might be lucky and get a forced regen

That dpf fault comes up every time, but sort something else an all fine, then leave it a few months and problem again! My mates got several systems to read em, but so many faults show up

Yep dpf again !!! Decided to get it removed and remapped
Any advice on the matter ?

I had this before customer spent over Ł1k on parts and the problem was still there so I took it out in the rain and turned off the traction control and it kicked up the abs light, came back and plugged it in and it was throwing up a wheel speed sensor which was causing it to going into limp mode, what warning lights come up is it the warning triangle?

Make sure they don't actually remove the dpf, only the internals as it needs to be visible

Finally !!! Removed dpf and smashed out the innerspring which were rammed solid full of carbon deposits ! Almost a totally blocked exhaust. Took it to tuned and styled for dpf delete and remap and WOW !! Unbelievable power and response from it, best its ever been
